Blog migration to custom domain
Filed under Importing from Blogger to WordpressJul 27After almost nine months of blogging I have decided to move my blog to a custom domain. Here after all my new and existing posts will be redirected to satishmania.com. My ultimate aim is to switch to a custom domain on Wordpress after about 2 months. I also have an FTP account which I’ll be implementing after I move to Wordpress as using FTP on blogger makes me ineligible to import my blog to Wordpress. The reason I moved to a custom domain before switching to Wordpress is to preserve my PR, Backlinks and the SEO juice. In about two months most of the serach engines would have updated my URLs to the custom domain thereby preserving my traffic which won’t require me to start from scratch after I switch to Wordpress. All my blog visitors will be auto-redirected to satishmania.com. For those of you interested in importing your blog to Wordpress here are some useful links.

Can anyone recommend the top Managed Service utility for a small IT service company like mine? Does anyone use Kaseya.com or GFI.com? How do they compare to these guys I found recently: N-able N-central VNC
? What is your best take in cost vs performance among those three? I need a good advice please… Thanks in advance! -
